My Philosophy

It is likely you have been thinking about cosmetic enhancement procedures or surgery for quite some time and need the right kind of encouragement to go ahead with your decision. Feeling comfortable, knowing that you will get all the information that you need, and working with a doctor and her staff who can give you the best possible care should be a part of your decision. Applying the latest technologies with a solid background of experience allows us to give you treatments that are tailored to you.

From the moment you come in to our facility, you will know it is a place where people care about you. The warm, comfortable surroundings, the use of herbal remedies, and massage to speed you on your way to excellent recovery are just some of the details we attend to for you. I am fortunate to count many medical professionals and their family members among my patients. This allows me to give to you the comfort level and reassurance that you are going to get the best that you can ask for.

Appointments

All appointments are scheduled through our medical office. Both medical and spa procedures are by appointment only.

Your time is valuable and we make every effort to coordinate all of our spa and medical appointments to allow each patient the best possible care. However, we ask for your patience in those instances when emergencies occur which may force us to run behind schedule.

Cancellations and Late Arrivals

We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This time is often used to update our records and prepare for your treatment or spa service. A late arrival may limit our ability to provide the full extent of your service.

If you find you must cancel an appointment, a 24-hour notice is appreciated. 

Hours of Operation

Our medical offices are conveniently located in Northborough and Milford, Massachusetts. The Classique Medical Spa is located in our spacious Northborough office.

Evening appointments may be arranged on an individual basis.

Fees, Payment & Insurance

Payment is due at the time of service. For your convenience we accept all methods of payment.

Please note:

• Patients are responsible for all medical fees not covered by medical insurance.

• There is an initial $100 consultation fee for elective medical cosmetic procedures.

• Elective cosmetic surgeries and procedures are not covered by medical insurance. It is customary to receive advance payment for elective cosmetic medical procedures.

Gifts

Classique gift certificates are available for all of our spa services.

Emergencies

If an emergency occurs during regular appointment hours, please call our office immediately. After hours, please dial 1 (877).377.6567 for assistance. 

In the event of a serious or life-threatening emergency please proceed directly to the nearest hospital or emergency room.
