3 Easy Things You Can Do To Maintain Your Skins Health

There are a lot of things that can be done to help maintain your skins health, from utilizing the right lotions to protecting your skin from the sun with sunscreen, but there are also a lot of other things that should do or not do that can have positive benefits for your skins overall health.

Here are 3 things you should consider in regards to maintaining your skin health: 

Relax: Studies show that high levels of stress can cause spikes in hormone production that can lead to breakouts and aggravate skin conditions like psoriasis. So take a moment to relax, apply a face mask and/or relax in your bed. 

Chill your skin: You can do a lot more with frozen pees than eat them, try using a bag of frozen pees to sooth itching skin on your face. Rest the bag of frozen vegetables on your face for about 5 minutes. This helps to reduce swelling and irritation. The benefit of using frozen pees to do this instead of a bag of ice, is that the bag of pees can easily conform to the shape of your face.

Do some yoga: A lot of yoga poses can actually help improve on the circulation of oxygen in your skin which helps to give your skin a more youthful glow. Studies also show that yoga can help to reduce inflammation.
