5 Top Tips to Help Keep Your Breasts Looking Younger

Some women are blessed with what appears to be perpetually perky breasts, while others aren’t quite as lucky. Many women are always trying to figure out the secret to maintaining natural young looking breasts and while scientists still struggle to find a true answer to this question, there are some things that you can do which have been known to help your body age better and certainly have an effect on your breasts.

Here are 5 Top Tips that might help your breasts look younger as you age:

1. Live an Active Lifestyle: Engaging in regular physical fitness does a lot for your body’s overall health. Staying on consistent weight lifting regimen can do a lot to keep your upper body firm and tone. This can have a nice lifting effect on everything on your upper body promoting a more youthful image.

2. Avoid Sunbathing, and Always Carry Sunscreen With You: An over-exposure to the sun causes a lot of damages to your skin that can be irreversible. Setting aside the obvious threat of skin cancer, every time your skin gets damaged by the sun it gets a little thinner—this causes you to get more skin creases in your cleavage as you age. Unfortunately, there is nothing that you can really do to reverse these damages so remember to protect your skin.

3. Don’t Smoke: When you smoke cigarettes you are reducing the amount of blood flow and oxygen that goes to your skin. This causes damages to the collagen and elastin in your skin leading to wrinkles and sagging developing at much younger ages. This adds years to your body and that includes your breasts.

4. Watch Your Posture: Don’t forgot to stand up straight! Hunching forward makes your breasts look heavier and appear lower on your body. As you age, you definitely don’t want to make your breasts appear to sag lower on your body. Play with your posture in front of a mirror and I promise you’ll see a difference in how perky your breasts look.

5.Eat Healthy Foods: As the old saying goes “you are what you eat,” so make sure you are paying attention to what you are putting into your body. It will make a difference for your skin if you do. Certain foods can cause itchy dry skin, or break-outs, so you should make an effort to eat fresh, nutrient-rich food instead of those empty calories.
